The team of Hosted by Wendy helps individuals to make sure that they rent out there space in a safe and optimal way through Airbnb and partners.
Advert
We will arrange professional photography, effective descriptions on sites including Airbnb, and an up-to-date calendar. If you already have an Airbnb advert, we can simply take control of it. If you want to, we can also advertise on channels other than Airbnb, such as Home Away, Booking.com, Wimdu and Flipkey. Occupancy will of course be higher if we advertise on multiple channels.
Screening
Our experienced hosts welcome your guests and make them feel at home as soon as they arrive. In case of emergency, we are available 24 hours per day for you and your guests. Screening your guests is a very serious matter to us. We only want guests who treat your home well and who do not cause disturbances. Our screening includes previous reviews, the goal of the trip, and the composition of the group.
Checking in and out
Checking in:
All guests will receive a welcome package with sight-seeing tips, a city map, discount vouchers, Haagse hopjes (traditional sweets), keys, and of course a tour of your home.
Checking out:
We will receive the key, check the accommodation and wish your guests a pleasant journey.
Reception service
If you guests lost the key, there is no hot water or the WiFi is gone, we are your backup reception service when you are away. We manage the inbox 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and are always available by telephone.
Professional cleaning
After every check-out our cleaners will clean your home thoroughly.
Clean bed linen
We use our own bed linen. That way, your own bed linen will remain clean and we can easily replace the bed linen if we need to. We also have towels for each guest and a tea towel in the kitchen.
