With the ‘All-in-one’ service we take care of everything, so you can safely enjoy your holiday.

We will make sure that you receive the profits every week or month.

For the all-in holiday service we charge 25% of the renting revenue, including vat. Cleaning costs are paid by your guests and will be stated separately on the invoice.

Advert

We will arrange professional pictures and write an effective advert text.
Screening

We will make sure that Airbnb verified guests are screened.
Checking in and out

We will give your guests a warm welcome and arrange the cleaning.
Reception service

Guests can reach us 24 hours per day, for example if they lost the key.
Professional cleaning

After every check-out we will clean the accommodation thoroughly and change the bed linen.
Clean bed linen

All our bed linen is made of organic cotton. We will place towels in the bathroom and tea towels in the kitchen.
